After founding AG Salesworks, rebranded in 2013 as QuotaFactory, Paul joined by his longtime marketing leader Megan Tonzi, decided to exit the business.  Selling his interest to focus on pursuing their shared passion of helping small businesses accelerate revenue by implementing their Full Funnel Operating System, integrating marketing, sales development, sales, and customer success.   

Paul continues to partner with subject matter experts to bring together the best and brightest team, leveraging process, tools, and technology to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through what he calls the ‘Value Forward’ approach.

In 2013 AG was rebranded to QuotaFactory when Paul and his team created a Prospect Relationship Software platform to support their customers and organizations who had their own internal teams.  Paul lives in Jamestown RI with his wife Shannon, Son's Noah and Hayden, and sheepdogs Harry and Lucy.  Paul enjoys the beach, downhill skiing, Bikram Yoga, reading and spending time with his family.
